We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual who has an interest in fashion and accessories to be part of our retail team. As a retail sales specialist at MZ Wallace, you will be supporting the management team to achieve our company's goals by providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities Include

• Maximizing sales at all opportunities and providing a friendly and welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with customers to determine needs
• Demonstrating ways to increase personal and store productivity
• Processing sales transactions, phone orders, exchanges, refunds
• Ensuring ease of customer shopping experience through visual presentation and overall store maintenance
• Participating in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, product transfers, merchandising, and floor changeovers
• Maintaining a professional appearance and manner consistent with established company guidelines

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to details
• Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
• Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating goal-driven results
• Dedication to high levels of Customer Service and Sales Productivity
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, customers and co-workers

Backend PHP Developer
Full Time

You are someone who has strong analytical and organizational skills, quick to learn, and a self-reliant worker.

Position Requirements

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, OO PHP
• Mild experience with MVC Frameworks & Libraries (Fuel, Laravel, ORM)
• Understanding of other Design Patterns and how best to apply them (PubSub, Fascade, Command)
• Strong understanding of Relational Database Design, Administration (MySQL)
• Experience in a collaborative development environment, version control (Git/SVN)
• Knowledge of best practices concerning web security

Pluses

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, modular JavaScript, an understanding of Prototypical inheritance
• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries & frameworks (Underscore, Backbone, jQuery)
• An interest in emerging technologies (MongoDB, node.js, CSS Pre-processors)
• Comfortable inside the Unix shell
• Understanding of writing server scalable code, caching mechisms (Memcached, Redis)
• BA Computer Science or similar
