If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange of unused full-priced merchandise within 10 business days of the delivery date. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. To receive a full refund or exchange, the merchandise must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn or used. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the customer. REPAIR INQUIRIESIf you've purchased a product within the past year at mzwallace.com or at one of our three Manhattan retail stores and have a repair inquiry, please send an email to repairs@mzwallace.com. In the email, please include photos of the bag, a detailed description of the issue, and the date and place of purchase. Our bag specialist will determine the best course of action and provide specific instructions to follow for the quickest possible resolution.
